What if I applied but still have not received my package?

Registration and enrolment is a two step process. You have NOT completed the process until you receive an email from us to confirm your order has been dispatched. Example: Dear ****, Your order (SRE0123456) has now been dispatched. You should receive these items within 10 business days.

If you don't complete your enrolment your will delay your ability to begin the course. *Hotmail, Yahoo and Gmail users especially do check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive a confirmation email from us.

Firstly if you did not receive the email as stated above and have checked your spam folder then contact us at techsupport@mhfa.com.au so we can look into it.

Please provide as much information as possible such as your name, course, email and the approximate date you applied on the site.
