Why do I see a blank screen when accessing a course module?

If you are using Safari on a Mac please read this FAQ, otherwise see below.

Your browser can retain old files from when you have previously accessed eLearning, which may cause it to display partial or no course content. Reloading the page will not help as it will still access the old files from the cache so you need to refresh your cache first. Refreshyourcache.com contains step-by-step instructions on how to do this.
