eLearning bulk enrolments are purchased in the form of vouchers from our online shop. Once purchased, voucher codes will be sent to you via email and they can be distributed. The voucher codes are for single-use only and expire 12 months from their purchase date. To enrol in an eLearning course, each user needs to visit the eLearning enrolment page (link provided along with the voucher email) and enter in their voucher code when prompted. Please note, each participant needs to have their own account registered to their own email address to complete an MHFA course.
Organisations will need to pay an Instructor separately for their face-to-face session. Alternatively, the Instructor may provide the vouchers and incorporate the cost into their overall fee.

Upon Completion of the eLearning component of the Blended or Blended Online Course.
After you have completed the eLearning component, you will need to book in and complete Instructor-led component two. You can find upcoming courses on our public course calendar here. You will need to contact an Instructor directly to book your place in a course. Please be advised, Mental Health First Aid Australia does not employ Instructors that it trains and accredits. Therefore, each accredited Instructor has the autonomy and flexibility to set their own course fees.
If you are completing the course with your workplace or organisation, they may have already organised for an Instructor to deliver course component two to your participant group. Upon successful completion of the online assessment that follows the course, you will be able to download an MHFA Certificate of Accreditation which is valid for 3 years. This can also be downloaded thereafter at any time via your dashboard when logged into your MHFA account.
