There are some basic technical requirements for accessing MHFA eLearning courses:
You will need the latest version of an internet browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
Internet Explorer/Microsoft Edge are not supported browsers
- You will need to allow pop-up windows from https://elearning.mhfa.com.au/
- Most MHFA eLearning courses launch in a pop-up window. If prompted, allow pop-ups from our eLearning site, elearning.mhfa.com.au

- You will need an internet connection that allows streaming video via third-party streaming sites
If you are unable to play videos featured in our eLearning courses, please ensure that your internet connection allows streaming video via third-party sites such as vimeo.com and youtube.com
Check with your system admin or IT department if you require assistance, or access eLearning via another internet connection without restrictions on streaming video.
Our eLearning courses are optimised for desktop or laptop - we do not recommend completing on a mobile/tablet device if possible.
