Instructor Portal: Your Instructor Portal username is created by adding .mhfa onto the end of your Instructor email address. For example, if your email address is algee.bear@gmail.com, your username for the Portal would be: algee.bear@gmail.com.mhfa. This is the only platform that requires the .mhfa suffix. If you are logging onto the portal for the first time, or you’ve forgotten your password, you can set a new password.
MHFA Shop: Your username is your nominated email address. While the MHFA Shop is a separate platform to the portal, our system currently requires your MHFA Shop email address to be the same email address as your Instructor Portal login (although we are investigating options to enable the connection to be made in other ways).
You need to be logged in before you can purchase and process your order (please do not use the .mhfa suffix on this platform). If you’ve forgotten your Shop password, select “Forgotten password” from the login page and follow the prompts to reset it. If you experience issues logging into the Shop, please contact MHFA at instructors@mhfa.com.au.
Learning management system (LMS): Your LMS password is your nominated email address, and does not need to match your Instructor Portal email address. If you’ve forgotten your LMS password, you can reset it now.
