All accredited MHFA Instructors sign a Code of Conduct and Instructor Agreement when they attend MHFA Instructor Training. MHFA Instructors may only deliver MHFA Australia courses (Face-to-Face or Online) to participants currently residing in Australia and no where else, as the curriculum has been tailored specifically for the Australian context with local mental health support systems and cultural sensitivities.
