Participants may have the option to receive a Certificate of Attendance and/or a Certificate of Accreditation.
Once your Instructor has marked your attendance, you will receive an email inviting you to submit a feedback survey and access your Certificate of Attendance. Please open the link within the email and either complete the feedback survey or nominate to opt out of completing the feedback by checking the box ‘If you do not wish to submit feedback check this box’. By doing so, you will then be prompted to generate your Certificate of Attendance. The certificate will be emailed to you within the next 30 minutes.
If your course is part of the MHFAider Accreditation Program, in addition to your Certificate of Attendance, you will receive an email with a link to the MHFAider Accreditation Assessment. Once successfully completed, you will receive another email with the option to generate your Certificate of Accreditation. Please expect to receive this within 24 hours of completing the Accreditation Assessment.
If it has been more than 24 hours since completing the accreditation assessment and you have not received your certificate, please contact mhfa@mhfa.com.au so that we can support you further.
