Some participants who registered with a work email address may not be able to receive automated emails from Mental Health First Aid Australia (MHFA). Some workplace security settings will block automated communication from external companies. To resolve this, your internal IT support team will need to "Whitelist" or unblock MHFA's automated emails.
With our website upgrade, some organisations who have previously unblocked our automated emails may need to repeat this process as our email automation was upgraded along with the new course management system.
The email domain names you can advise your internal IT support team to "Whitelist" or unblock are:
@mhfa.com.au
@elearning.mhfa.com.au
If you have registered with a personal email or have checked that our emails are unblocked and are still not receiving our emails, please first check your junk/spam folders, if there is nothing there, this may indicate an error with the email registered with us. Please contact us at mhfa@mhfa.com.au or 03 9079 0200 so that we may provide further assistance.
