When you're enrolled in a course, our system creates an account for you in our Learning Management System (LMS). Occasionally, there may be a delay between your enrolment into a course and your access being granted to the eLearning coursework.
Your access to the eLearning coursework is managed by your Instructor who will assign you access as you approach the course date. We are aware of intermittent issues impacting some Instructor's ability to enrol participants in the eLearning coursework. In the first instance, we would recommend contacting your Instructor who may be able to clarify if they're experiencing issues with this or if there's a specific date when you will be enrolled.
If your Instructor has been affected by this, MHFA's support team will work with them to resolve this issue and ensure you're enrolled once the Instructor's issues are resolved. We are working with Instructors to limit disruption to participants by providing flexible arrangements to ensure you or the Instructor are not disadvantaged by this.
