When you receive the survey prompt you're eligible to become an Accredited MHFAider. The survey prompt sent to you is a short survey to collect feedback on the course you attended. This survey is optional. Your feedback is a valuable and important way for us to ensure the training you received was of a high standard and was delivered in accordance with MHFA Guidelines.
If you do not wish to complete the survey and wish to skip to the assessment you can tick the box (pictured below) when you click on the link in your survey email.
To ensure that you receive the assessment link, please select the tick box marked above or complete the survey.
